Recruit Bridge provides recruitment and talent advisory services, BPO support, and career/employability services (such as CV rewriting, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and market studies) (collectively, the “Services”).
We do not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, interview invitations, or specific results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including employer decisions, market conditions, and candidate qualifications.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. User Content and Permissions
You may submit information such as resumes/CVs, LinkedIn profiles, messages, and other materials (“User Content”). You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You grant Recruit Bridge a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use User Content to provide the Services, including editing/formatting your CV, preparing materials, and (where applicable and authorized) sharing candidate profiles with potential employers/clients.

If you purchase paid Services, pricing and payment terms will be provided in a proposal, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement.

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software) are owned by or licensed to Recruit Bridge and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
For paid deliverables (e.g., CV drafts, interview scripts), you may use them for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell or publish our proprietary templates or materials without permission.
9. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools (e.g., scheduling, payment processors, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECRUIT BRIDGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recruit Bridge from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for violation of these Terms or for security reasons. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in Barranquilla, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
