Recruit Bridge Website Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/h2>

Terms of Use<\/span><\/i><\/p>

Effective Date: January 1, 2026\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

1. Acceptance of These Terms<\/b><\/p>

By accessing or using recruitbridgeagency.com (the \u201cSite\u201d) or any related pages, forms, or communications channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.<\/span><\/p>

2. Changes to the Terms<\/b><\/p>

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.<\/span><\/p>

3. Services and No Guarantees<\/b><\/p>

Recruit Bridge provides recruitment and talent advisory services, BPO support, and career\/employability services (such as CV rewriting, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and market studies) (collectively, the \u201cServices\u201d).<\/span><\/p>

We do not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, interview invitations, or specific results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including employer decisions, market conditions, and candidate qualifications.<\/span><\/p>

4. Eligibility<\/b><\/p>

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.<\/span><\/p>

5. User Content and Permissions<\/b><\/p>

You may submit information such as resumes\/CVs, LinkedIn profiles, messages, and other materials (\u201cUser Content\u201d). You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.<\/span><\/p>

You grant Recruit Bridge a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use User Content to provide the Services, including editing\/formatting your CV, preparing materials, and (where applicable and authorized) sharing candidate profiles with potential employers\/clients.<\/span><\/p>

6. Payments, Fees, and Refunds (If Applicable)<\/b><\/p>

If you purchase paid Services, pricing and payment terms will be provided in a proposal, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement.<\/span><\/p>

6.1 Payment Terms<\/b><\/p>

  • Unless otherwise stated, fees are due in advance before work begins.<\/span><\/li>
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT\/IVA) unless otherwise stated.<\/span><\/li>
  • Late or failed payments may pause or delay delivery.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    6.2 Rescheduling and No-Show Policy (Coaching\/Interviews)<\/b><\/p>

    • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours\u2019 notice.<\/span><\/li>
    • No-shows or late cancellations may be forfeited and treated as delivered.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      6.3 Refund Policy<\/b><\/p>

      Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds may be limited once work has started. Specific refund terms, if any, will be provided in writing for the purchased Service. If no written refund terms are provided, all fees are non-refundable after work begins.<\/span><\/p>

      7. Acceptable Use<\/b><\/p>

      You agree not to:<\/span><\/p>

      • Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.<\/span><\/li>
      • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems.<\/span><\/li>
      • Upload or transmit malware or disruptive code.<\/span><\/li>
      • Harass, defame, or discriminate against others.<\/span><\/li>
      • Copy, scrape, or harvest data from the Site without our prior written consent.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        8. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/p>

        The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software) are owned by or licensed to Recruit Bridge and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.<\/span><\/p>

        For paid deliverables (e.g., CV drafts, interview scripts), you may use them for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell or publish our proprietary templates or materials without permission.<\/span><\/p>

        9. Third-Party Links and Tools<\/b><\/p>

        The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools (e.g., scheduling, payment processors, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.<\/span><\/p>

        10. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/b><\/p>

        THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED \u201cAS IS\u201d AND \u201cAS AVAILABLE.\u201d TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.<\/span><\/p>

        11. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/p>

        TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECRUIT BRIDGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.<\/span><\/p>

        TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.<\/span><\/p>

        12. Indemnification<\/b><\/p>

        You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recruit Bridge from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys\u2019 fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.<\/span><\/p>

        13. Termination<\/b><\/p>

        We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for violation of these Terms or for security reasons. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).<\/span><\/p>

        14. Governing Law and Venue<\/b><\/p>

        These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in Barranquilla, unless otherwise required by applicable law.<\/span><\/p>
